The Australian Children's Television Foundation (ABN 93 005 986 952) and related companies, ACTF Productions Ltd (ABN 57 006 037 734) and Yolngu Boy Pty Ltd (ABN 19 087 276 195) (collectively referred to in this statement as "The Foundation") abide by the National Privacy Principals as set out in Australia's Privacy Act 1988.
Contact Details
If you contact the Foundation, you may be asked to provide your name and contact details so that the Foundation's staff can contact you in relation to your query. These details may be retained in a hard copy file relating to the subject of your query. Such files are stored indefinitely for archival purposes. If you are a frequent correspondent with the Foundation, your contact details may be stored indefinitely in a database, accessible only by Foundation staff, so that they may be easily retrieved if the Foundation needs to contact you.
The Foundation will not disclose your contact details to other organisations, unless this is necessary in order to complete our business with you.
Information Provided In The Course of Purchases
In the course of purchasing the Foundation's products, either at one of the Foundation's websites or by using the Foundation's hard copy Education Catalogue, you will be asked to provide contact details and, if paying by credit card, card identification details. This information is necessary in order for the Foundation to process your order, and will not be used for any other purpose.
Subscriptions and Applications
Some pages of this website may provide the facility for you to subscribe to e-mail or hardcopy newsletters and updates, or to apply for other services from the Foundation. Distribution Section
