Chill Out! draws on segments from the popular Australian Children's Television Foundation's award winning television series Lift Off to explore aspects of conflict and its resolution. Lift Off is an internationally acclaimed television series for children between the ages of three to eight that explores educational themes in an entertaining way.

Chill Out! is a Garth Boomer scholarship project.

Chill Out! is designed for students from P/K to Year 4 and comprises a Teachers' Guide book, video anthology and this website.

You will need to purchase the Teacher’s Guide book comprising topics 1-3, and the video in order to use topic 4 online that completes the kit.
