Mr Fish is the security officer, cleaner and general bane of everyone's lives. He is always sitting at his desk in the foyer of the apartment building where the children live. He is a very narrow thinker and takes his job very, very seriously.
When Mr Fish is around, there's no ice-cream, no laughing, no running, no pets, no fun, no nothing! The controller is out of control and in every episode Mr Fish has a new rule. So of course, Mr Fish encourages the children's creativity to find ways around their natural enemy.Mr Fish appears in various guises anywhere that an authority figure is to be found. Sometimes he is a parking inspector, a life guard, a boom gate operator. If anyone is going to recognise trouble, it's Mr Fish!
