About this Resource

The Comedy Scriptwriting Workshops for Year 5/6 students were delivered in partnership by the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) and the Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF). The workshops have been generously supported by the Victorian Department of Education and Training.

This resource was developed for schools participating in our virtual workshops. It aims to support teachers in developing students’ understanding of:

Students viewed clips from children’s sketch comedy series, You’re Skitting Me to format their own scripts.
